The authority of the President, Committee Members and BOT derives solely from the consent of members.
The principal mechanism for translating that consent into a Managing / Officiating authority is the holding of free and fair elections.
That is exactly what we in NMBA achieved on 27th Feb 2022, in a most democratic election process. Members had liberty to choose from a number of candidates.
Let’s welcome winners of this election, President Elect Mr. Sukanta Nag and his team of Committee Members and BOT who will take over and officiate from 1st April 2022.

Director Advertising Agency
Tapas is an alumni from the prestigious Sir J J School of Art, Mumbai. A gold medallist in commercial art and an accomplished painter he has exhibited his work in several exhibitions across India, Tapas is also a successful advertising professional. He works as a Creative Director in a leading advertising agency in Mumbai. He has many well-known advertising campaigns to his credit and has won several awards for his work. Tapas balances his life as an advertising professional and as a painter skilfully. He also conducts sessions on fine art across Mumbai to promote art and inspire uninitiated and seasoned talents to keep his love of art alive. Tapas’ art displays a distinct style, evident in his oil on canvas paintings rendered in a semi-finished tapestry form. He is also a devoted family man and a colourful personality just like his paintings.
Digital Marketer
Tridib Ghosh is a Digital Marketer for the last 25 years. He has his Digital and Social marketing company by the name BlinkInteract in the USA and India. He is a passionate painter and photographer. His early learning started at the Academy of Fine Arts – Kolkata. Abstract Art is his inner calling. He got trained in Abstract landscape and Pouring Art from Abstract guru Andy Morris -USA. Tridib believes abstract is not haphazard, it is a structured and organized form of art that gives his creativity wings. You have to learn the grammar to break it. Tridib is skilled in Abstract Pouring techniques, Abstract landscapes, Hyperrealistic Art, and business Doodling. He was trained in professional Doodling by Mattias Adolfsson and Mauro Martins. In his leisure time, he also paints with Watercolor and Doodles with Rotring pens. He also digitally paints using his stylus and Wacom tablet. That relaxes him after a hard day's work. Tridib has illustrated in various novels and storybooks.

Our CSR Partner ” Weilburger Coatings ( India) Pvt. Ltd. Consented to help our Social Development project on ‘ Home for Cancer Patients’ at our Premises.
A CSR initiative has been taken up for ” Upgradation of our existing ” Home for Cancer patients” with the help of our CSR Partner ” Weilburger” on 20th March 2021.
During this fund handover ceremony, our President Sh. Nemai Gorai expressed his gratitude to Mr. Parag Majumdar , Managing Director & Weilburger for extending their commitment Towards Societal wellbeing to stand with NMBA in this noble cause.
Sh. Parag Majumdar in his speech to the distinguished guest expressed their commitment and continued support in future to NMBA. He encouraged NMBA for such steps and expressed his company desire to stand with such causes all time.
Our chairman -Board of Trustees, Sh. Arup Sakar thanked the distinguished guest and Weilburger for extending their help to NMBA for this noble cause.
