Guest rooms shall not be allotted to cancer patients under treatment or diagnosed as positive by the Doctor.

Guest room may be booked in advance without any time limit by paying 50% of the room rent while booking & balance 50%3 days before occupying the room by cash. A security deposit of Rs 1,000/- to be paid while checking in.

Bengali student may be given non AC room on sharing basis for Rs 200/ per day on submission of proof i.e. student ID card& application for the concession for a maximum period of one month.

Maximum 2 persons are allowed in a single room. Beyond that, the charges would be paid for extra person at a rate, as decided from time to time.

Cancellation charges for guest rooms would be as follows:

• 7 days in advance 10% of room charges
• 3 days in advance 50% of room charges
• 1 day in advance 100% of room charges

Hand wash liquid soap, water jug, the glass would be provided along with wash basin mirror, almirah, reading table, chair, center table, clean bed with pillow, blanket, and bed sheet. Bed linen would be changed every 3rd day of occupancy.

Various categories of guest rooms, classrooms, and halls are available for the members as well as non-members.
